As many of you now know, I was the creator of the piano song used in the indie game "When the Darkness Comes".
I had no idea how much of an impact that game would be to so many people around the world, and thus my song has moved so many! I've read many a comment on Youtube and the likes, and I'm truly moved to tears that my small little piano piece made such a big impact on people who played the game.
Honestly, I wish I could hug you all! It's been such an honor. For people, even two years after it was released, to still be listening to it makes me so incredibly happy! I can see the listens on spotify and youtube, and the numbers have gone up since last year, which is amazing to me. I'm truly speechless and humbled.
It's been a year and a half since I've released a new album. I've been working on some songs, but haven't had the time to sit down and actually record them. Life, it seems, has been pushing me back. But I still play in my head, sometimes over and over again. Much like how this song for the game was created.
My most recent album is only on bandcamp at the moment, haven't made the leap to push it worldwide yet. I'll get on that one day. But. for now, if you haven't heard it yet:
